MYVtuber, Artist and Rigger (EN/CH) Please Read through all TOS before considering commissioning me.
Art Commission Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMSI have the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason. Any ill behaviour or breach of terms will not be tolerated and the commission will be canceled if it occurs.PAYMENTPayment over the price of must be received in full upfront for commissions under $100USD.
For commissions $100+, the client has the option to give half payment upfront and the remaining after the final is shown, discussed, and confirmed. All relevant files will be sent via email after the final payment has been received.PROCESSDetailed work in progress updates will be given for most commissions.
Most commissions will be completed within the specified time frame, however the time may extend up to 1-2 months due to unexpected factors like: health, complexity, work, school or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.EDITS/ALTERATIONSSeveral sketches will be provided and all major alterations should be done during this stage. After a coloured commission is completed, only a few small details and changes will be made. Large changes may incur additional fees.USAGEClient(s) may use artwork for personal use only (icons, banners etc.), unless commercial rights were purchased. Commercial use includes twitch panels, streaming.
I retain all rights to the commission, which includes but is not limited to: distribution, reproduction, promotion etc.
Client(s) may not: take credit for the creation of the artwork, sell the artwork, remove watermarks/signatures, alter the artwork without consent.
Creation of merchandise must be discussed beforehand.Chargebacks without previous discussion after completion of work may result in being blacklisted.
